Over the next few months, Tassel will be rolling out exciting new incremental updates to the Hub. These impactful updates will create a more user-friendly experience across the platform.

What will be changing?
- Updated interface design: The new design feels more modern, accessible, and efficient, giving staff a smoother experience across the board.
- Faster and more responsive: Faster data load times, smoother imports and exports with real-time progress updates, and an overall lighter feel for admins, making everyday tasks quicker and less tedious.
- Better previews and transparency: Real-time views of file uploads to keep you in the loop, live previews that reduce errors before saving, and warnings and confirmations to prevent accidental data loss or overrides.
Will these updates impact the graduate experience?
These upgrades are focused entirely on the administrator side of the Tassel Hub. The graduate-facing website will not be impacted, ensuring a consistent experience for your students.
Are these changes being implemented before fall ceremonies?
Some minor aesthetic changes will be implemented before fall ceremonies, but these will be visual and not impact the Hub’s functionality or navigation.
When will we be notified of each change?
More details about each module’s changes will be provided closer to their launch dates via email.

Hub renovations are scheduled for completion by mid 2026, though this timeline is subject to change.

Login page and left sidebar will have an updated look, but functionality will remain the same.
December 2025
The Ceremonies and Graduates modules will get a refreshed design. Expect a smoother interface, better data flow, and an overall improved user experience. Functionality and navigation will stay the same, just easier to use.
In the Ceremonies module, registration form settings now better reflect the layout of the graduate website, giving you clearer visibility while editing.
The Graduates module has a new layout and improved filtering to make it easier to find and manage student records.
