Graduate Videos allow each graduate to receive a personalized video clip of their stage crossing moment after commencement. Once generated, graduates can access, crop, download, and share their individual clips.
What You Need to Provide
To create Graduate Videos, Tassel requires the following items after your ceremony:
1. Full Ceremony Video
Please provide one of the following:
Complete graduation ceremony recording in digital format with a lower third with student names
Downloadable MP4 file (preferred), YouTube livestream or recording link
Important: The ceremony video must include the graduate's lower third displayed on the bottom of the screen during the stage crossing.
2. Director's Log
Depending on your ceremony setup, this may be:
- The Scan Log (automatic procession)
- The Display Log (manual procession)
Timeline & Delivery
Once Tassel receives both the ceremony video and director's log:
- Graduate clips will be generated and reviewed by the Tassel team
- Clips will typically be delivered within one week to graduates
No technical setup is required by your institution during processing.

- Download problems
