Using Check-In Status for Slideshow

If using full-screen slides, Graduate Check-In data can be used to generate a slideshow featuring all graduates not in attendance at the event or that are checked-in. This is a fantastic way to make sure all graduates are recognized, regardless of their attendance status.
Once check-in is complete for your ceremony and you have synced your check-in laptop database with the ceremony laptop, you can set up your slideshow based on check-in status.
On the ceremony laptop, open the Director and select Begin Ceremony Display.
- In the top toolbar select Slideshow.
- Click Start Slideshow in the drop down menu.
- Select the Ceremony and Group you wish to view.
- Then check the appropriate box that you are trying to present in the slideshow. Checked In Graduates or Not Checked In Graduates.
- Click Select.
