Using Check-In Status for Slideshow

If using full-screen slides, Graduate Check-In data can be used to generate a slideshow featuring all graduates not in attendance at the event or that are checked-in. This is a fantastic way to make sure all graduates are recognized, regardless of their attendance status.

Once check-in is complete for your ceremony and you have synced your check-in laptop database with the ceremony laptop, you can set up your slideshow based on check-in status.

On the ceremony laptop, open the Director and select Begin Ceremony Display.
  1. In the top toolbar select Slideshow.
  2. Click Start Slideshow in the drop down menu.
  3. Select the Ceremony and Group you wish to view.
  4. Then check the appropriate box that you are trying to present in the slideshow. Checked In Graduates or Not Checked In Graduates.
  5. Click Select.

  6. Click Select.
