We host training webinars ahead of each Fall and Spring commencement season. These webinars are a great way to prepare new and returning team members for their next Tassel ceremony. A wide range of important topics are covered, so coordinators may attend any and all sessions that apply to their ceremony!
Each webinar is hosted by a Customer Success Manager and will conclude with a live Q&A session.

Setting Up Your Graduation Hub (Mondays)
Take a guided tour of the Tassel Hub, your customized data management and registration website.
Learn how to import and manage your graduate data, send text messages and emails, build your ceremony registration form, review graduate submissions and manage your stage passes and guest tickets.
This session is perfect for team members that will work with the data, communication and registration parts of your ceremony.
Staging Your Live Ceremony with Tassel Director (Tuesdays)
Explore how to utilize the Director software for name display, announcements, and check-in. Additionally, we'll cover the setup for graduate scanning, share best practices for smooth stage crossings, and discuss various options to make the most of your time with graduates and guests. Day-of ceremony essentials will also be reviewed, including graduate check-in, handling name changes, and accommodating late additions. Finally, we'll discuss how to leverage post-ceremony data to inform your future planning.
Team members that will work on the staging, procession and live event management parts of your ceremony - especially A/V technicians and stage managers - are encouraged to attend.
Guest Ticketing with Tassel (Wednesdays)
Discover how to create a seamless guest experience with our ticketing platform. You'll learn to assign ticket allotments, design a tailored ticket layout, and organize a VIP list for special guests.
We'll also discuss how our integrated ticketing system offers essential data that can save you time, money, and resources each year while helping you build valuable lists for fundraising and development efforts.
Tassel Talk - Open Customer Forum (Fridays)
Connect with other ceremony coordinators, share your best graduation hacks or bring your head-scratchers, conundrums and what-if questions to this group discussion. Learn how your peers overcome the common obstacles that can surprise even those most well-prepared coordinators.
This session is moderated by our expert Client Success Managers, who will be on-hand to answer specific questions and help you prepare for a successful ceremony. All topics are welcome.
