How to Review & Approve your Estimate


Approving your estimate

1. A system email is generated to the primary contact for them to View & Approve their estimate. Click the “View & Approve” button in the email to get started.


2.  The first page contains document info, click the “Proceed to document” button


3.At the top is a notice that ask you to confirm that you understand the "Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure" and consent to use electronic records and signatures. You may click the link in the top of the document to read more about electronic rovers and signature disclosures provided by our third-party who hosts our estimates.

  • If you agree to electronically approve of the estimate, click “Agree & Continue”

  • If you do not agree, please ask your CSM for an editable service agreement and estimate to be sent to you instead.



4. After you click “Agree & Continue”, you can review the estimate, as well as the linked service agreement at the bottom of the estimate.

  • If you approve the estimate, click “Approve”


Change signing authority or Forwarding the estimate

  • If you need to forward the estimate to someone who can approve the estimate, click the “More actions” drop down menu and select “ask someone else to approve” and you can enter the email of who to forward the estimate to.
