Replace Your Tassel Database
You may need to update your custom database after it's been delivered. Once your Customer Success Manager sends the new file, follow these steps to make sure your software uses the updated version of your custom database.
Replace Your Tassel Database
- Open Tassel Director
- Use your computer’s search bar to find "Tassel Director"
- Click to open the app
- Remove the old database
- In the window that appears, find your current database
- Click the "trash can" icon to delete it
- Add the new database: download and unzip the new database your Customer Success Manager sent
Reset Your Template
If you're asked to “reset your template,” follow these quick steps to refresh your setup.
- Open your custom database: from the top menu, select Templates > Reset Templates
- Load the default templates: click the black Load Templates button
- Return to the home screen: click Home to resume using your software
