Removing a single graduate from all active ceremonies

1. Go to the Graduates module and click the Load All Graduates button.
   
1. Note: the All Ceremonies drop down menu indicates that the following actions will impact all active ceremonies.
2. Search for the graduate, locate the record but DON'T open their record.
   
3. Check the box to the left of their name.
   
4. In the Actions drop down menu, select Delete or Remove from Ceremony.
   
1. Delete completely wipes them from the website.
   
2. Remove from Ceremony deactivates the grad from ALL active ceremonies, but can easily be re-added later if needed.
   
5. A pop-up will ask you to confirm you want to delete this graduate before being allowed to delete, then click OK.
   

Removing a graduate from a single ceremony

1. Go to the Graduates module and click the Load All Graduates button.
   
2. Select the specific ceremony you wish to remove the graduate from in the All Ceremonies drop down menu at the top.
   
3. Search for the graduate, locate the record but DON'T open their record.
   
4. Check the box to the left of their name.
   
5. In the Actions drop down menu, select Delete or Remove from Ceremony.
   
1. Delete completely wipes them from the website
   
2. Remove from the ceremony deactivates the graduate from the ceremony, but can easily be re-added later if needed.
   
6. A pop-up will ask you to confirm you want to delete this graduate before being allowed to delete, then click OK.
   

Removing multiple graduates from a ceremony

1. Go to the Graduates module and click the Load All Graduates button.
2. Select the specific ceremony you wish to remove graduates from in the All Ceremonies drop down menu at the top.
   
3. Using the All Graduates drop down menu, find your selected filter of graduates.
   
1. Review How to Create a Custom View to make a new view if the one you need does not exist. 
   
4. Check the "Select All" box above the left column of check-boxes to select all of the graduates in the view.
   
1. You can also check the boxes of multiple graduates without selecting them all.
   
5. In the Actions drop down menu, select Delete or Remove from Ceremony.
