How to Edit a Single Graduate Record


From within the Graduates module in your Hub you are able to directly edit graduate data. Whether you need to correct a degree or honor, or if you need to add a photo or message to a graduate record on their behalf, you can do so before your data deadline.

To edit a single graduate’s record in the Hub:

  1. Go to the Graduates Module

  2. Select the “load all graduates” button

  3. Search for the graduate and then click the edit icon next to their name to open their record

  4. You will now see graduate information split into separate tabs. The first tab shows their assigned ceremonies at the top, followed by all of their imported data.

    1. Graduate Information Tab

      1. This tab displays all the graduate data you previously uploaded, including their name, email, degree, and major. 

      2. You can edit the graduate’s name, phonetics, degree, honors, etc. in this section along with any school wide or ceremony specific graduate data fields. 

    2. Survey Responses Tab

      1. This tab contains the graduate's responses to the registration form.

      2. You can edit form responses such as updating their RSVP, or uploading a photo or personal message on behalf of the graduate.

    3. Log/History Tab

      1. View a complete log of all graduate activity, including email and text message history, all in one place.

    4. Tickets & Stage Passes Tab

      1. This tab displays all guest tickets claimed by the graduate and digital stage passes assigned to them.
      2. You can view/add/remove & scan tickets from this section.
  5. Make sure you click the "update changes" button at the end of the each section
