How to Edit a Single Graduate Record
To edit a single graduate’s record in the Hub:
Go to the Graduates Module
Select the “load all graduates” button
Search for the graduate and then click the edit icon next to their name to open their record
Make the necessary edits to the graduate’s record
Top of the Record: All of the information at the top of the record is the graduate data you previously uploaded about the grad such as their Name, Email, Degree and/or Major
You can edit the graduate’s name, phonetics, degree, honors, etc. in this section
Make sure you click the save button at the end of the top section
Bottom of the Record: All of the information at the bottom of the record is the graduate responses to the registration form.
You can edit form responses such as updating their RSVP, or uploading a photo or personal message on behalf of the graduate.
Make sure you click Save at the very bottom of the graduate record under the registration form responses.
