The Registration Complete page is what graduates see after they finish submitting their ceremony registration.
You can customize this page to make the confirmation experience clearer and more relevant for your graduates. You can update the main message, description, and button labels shown after registration.
From the Ceremonies page, open the ceremony you want to update.
Then select:
Website → Registration Complete
The Registration Complete page appears as a preview, so you can see how the content will look to graduates as you make changes.
If your registration form includes an RSVP question, you can customize the confirmation experience based on how the graduate responds.
At the top of the Registration Complete page, you may see:
Select the scenario you want to edit.
This allows you to show different confirmation messaging to graduates who plan to attend and graduates who do not.
For a graduate who selects Yes, you might provide:
For a graduate who selects No, you may want to provide different messaging that acknowledges their response and gives them any relevant next steps.
Select the edit icon next to the main confirmation message.
This is the most prominent text graduates see after submitting their registration.
For example:

Use this area for a clear confirmation that tells graduates their registration was successfully submitted.
Select the edit icon next to the description.
The description gives you space to provide more context beneath the main confirmation message.
You can use this area for information such as:
Keep the message short and focused on what the graduate needs to know immediately after registering.
You can also customize the text shown on the buttons at the bottom of the Registration Complete page.
For example, the page shown in the walkthrough includes buttons such as:
Select the edit icon associated with the button you want to update, then change the label to language that makes sense for your graduates.
Use button labels that clearly tell graduates what will happen when they select them.
Good examples include:
Avoid vague labels such as Click Here when a more specific action can be used.
If your ceremony uses an RSVP question, make sure you review both RSVP Yes and RSVP No before opening registration.
Because each scenario can have its own customized confirmation message, reviewing both helps ensure graduates receive instructions that match the response they selected.
Review the Registration Complete page and confirm:
The goal is to give graduates a clear confirmation that their registration is complete and make their next step easy to understand.
