Digital Programs FAQ

What is the deadline to submit our information for the program?
All materials must be submitted at least two weeks before your Batch 1 data date to ensure a smooth design process and timely delivery.

Who designs the programs? 
You provide all the content you’d like included in your digital program, and our talented design team will bring it to life. We offer two professionally designed templates for your team to choose from, ensuring a polished and engaging experience.

What are the data limitations?
The only limitation is what we can reasonably fit into your digital program while maintaining a clean and user-friendly design. If you have specific content requests, we’ll work with you to incorporate them effectively.

How many pages can the digital program include?
Your digital program includes:
  1. Title page
  2. Table of contents page
  3. Graduate listing section (multi-page)
  4. Back cover page
  5. Up to six additional pages containing custom content. These pages can be dedicated to any topic of your choice, including welcome videos, sponsor acknowledgments, faculty listings, or alumni dedications. 
    1. Multimedia such as videos, gifs, images, or other graphics can be submitted and added to your page designs. 
    2. These pages can be placed anywhere within the program.

When will the digital program be ready?
We will provide an embeddable iframe for your digital program, along with a downloadable PDF version, by your Director software deliverable date—ensuring you have everything you need before your ceremony.

What if we need to make changes to the digital program?
We include one round of revisions to make any necessary updates. Our team will work quickly and efficiently to apply your changes while maintaining the integrity of the design.

Can you use your own fonts?
Yes, you are welcome to use your own fonts for the program.


Does the table of contents need to be included?
The table of contents is not mandatory. You can choose whether or not to include it in your program.


What happens if the program exceeds 12 pages?
There is no strict page limit, so your program can exceed 12 pages. However, you are provided with 6 free pages, as described below:

  • Title page

  • Table of contents page

  • Graduate listing section (multi-page)

  • Back cover page

  • Up to 6 additional pages containing custom content (e.g., welcome videos, sponsor acknowledgments, faculty listings, or alumni dedications). Multimedia like videos, gifs, images, and other graphics can also be included.


Can the program be edited once the iframe code is received?
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to edit the program directly yourself. However, you can submit one round of notes, and our designer will quickly implement the changes. These updates will reflect in real-time on the iframe.


Does the program live forever or does it expire?
The digital program is hosted indefinitely, so it will remain available forever.


Does the iframe link have an accessibility button?
The iframe link does indeed include an accessibility button to ensure the program is accessible to all users.


Does Tassel automatically create the accessible version or is that something we provide?
The accessible version will be automatically generated by Tassel, so you won’t need to provide anything further on that front.
