Automatic Emails Are Not Sending
Troubleshoot the following:
- Ensure the email template is linked to the question.
- Verify that the email template is set as an automatic email:
- Go to the Communication module, then Manage Templates.
- Click the edit icon next to the email template that should be automatically triggered.
- In the Trigger drop-down menu, ensure "Graduate Responded to question in survey" is selected.
- Ensure the question on the registration form has the correct email linked to it:
- Go to the Ceremonies module and then the Registration Form.
- Select the edit icon next to the question that should trigger an automatic email.
- Click the Answer Options tab.
- At the bottom of the pop-up window, next to "Email to send when chosen," open the drop-down menu to select your email template.
