Your Hub is a handy, organized workspace where you’ll find all the tools you need to coordinate your next ceremony with ease. Featuring progress trackers, training materials, and a checklist of upcoming tasks and deadlines, the Hub automatically refreshes with important information, giving you more control over your project.
Upon logging in to your Hub, you will arrive at your homepage. On the right, you'll find a navigation menu that directs you to various modules containing all the tools necessary for managing your graduate database, registration forms, and email communication with graduates.
The homepage helps you keep your ceremony plans on track by offering a convenient summary of your planning progress, allowing you to:
- Monitor a step-by-step visual timeline of your progress toward the ceremony.
- View important dates (full timeline).
- Receive notifications of upcoming deadlines and tasks, along with training materials to assist you at each step.
- View and confirm important display, recording, and card/label details.
- View and approve card proofs for print.
- Access and download final ceremony files.
